One piece doors

Commonly gates and a side door are assembled with a set of black handles. Doors are serially supplied with push handles and according to the wish with a set of different handles.

It’s necessary to admit that one piece construction is mounted only into a rectangular doorway and needs much space before the garage.

In average, one piece gate is cheaper than sectional one and is usually used for garages with no heating systems. Gates has no commonly lagging, but manufacturers can add heat-retention lagging which should be placed by a customer without assistance.

One piece door is a one piece curtain which covers the doorway entirely. It lifts up and places in parallel with the ceiling while opened. Doors get balanced with the help of weight or springs.

One piece doors are used in different spheres, but generally they are applied in many-storied parking complexes, as well as in private construction and agriculture. This construction is the most reasonable and easy in mounting and usage. At the same time it is projected taking into account the specific Russian service conditions. However, quality and technology of manufacturing are remained. The one limitation condition is a rectangular doorway. Arch and segment doorways are not appropriate. While opening the curtain moves forward to the street, approximately 1m. from a doorway surface. It must be taken into account while driveway projecting. You must consider that door curtain is a one piece surface and it can’t be repaired sectionally (in contrast to the sectional doors).

One piece doors are mounted in such premises where there is no need to keep thermal balance. Door surface are made of galvanized metal with following powder painting what prevents corrosion and prolongs service terms.

During opening process door curtain moves along special guides and changes vertical position into horizontal one (under the ceiling of the room). Door curtain lifts with the help of extension springs and lift arms.

Curtain of a one piece door consists of a frame forged from rectangular profiles with cross ribs and metal or wood facing (pine, mahogany etc.). In our climate conditions the wood is used very rarely. Galvanized steel facing with powder coating is more durable.

One piece door curtain has no lagging but it is possible to add extra panels. Curtain with lagging is a "sandwich" panel: foam polystyrene + metal sheet facing.
