Sectional doors

Principle difference between sectional door and common swing door is horizontal panels connected by hinges. Sectional doors can be used with any kind of doorways even instead old swing doors, regardless of their form and doorway size. Sandwich- panels- is a construction of 42mm. thick with double cold protection panel dividing two inner and outer steel sheets. Panel heat resistance – 2,5 which is equivalent the brickwork of 320mm. thick. One uses sandwich-panels of 360, 500 and 610 mm.thick.

Garage sectional doors can be used in all doorway shapes; therefore they are prevailing and effective.

Sandwich panel are produces using only high—quality materials, new researches of experienced specialists, continuous modernization and innovations of constructions are the guarantee of quality, reliability and durability of panels.

Absence of hollow between lagging and metal sheet excludes condensate isolation. The usage of a mineral wool, which obtains excellent mechanical characteristics, in panel makes possible panel weight lowering. Lagging in panel is placed transversely to panel surface for more rigidity. All using materials are ecologically clean; moreover a mineral wool is a chemically passive medium and doesn’t cause metal corrosion.

You can open and close sectional doors with the assistance of manual or automatic operation; they can also be remotely controlled. And spring and cable break safety devices protect users against accidents. They entirely fulfill the requirement of the European standard.

Opening and closing automation of sectional doors is provided by an electric drive. Code remote control system allows to open and close gates with high level of protection at a distance of 30 meters.

The rubber bumpers, fitted on the horizontal track’s spacer bar absorb any accidental door impact. A safety lock with an automatic latch will prevent the unauthorized entry into the premises. Cable drums are fitted with slots for secure fastening of the cable and preventing fall off. A special construction of the "sandwich" panels protect fingers from being squeezed.
